Nutrition can be overwhelming and incredibly confusing, trust me I know! I’ve been scrutinising this subject since I was 16 years old and I continue to learn as what we know about nutrition constantly evolves. There is so much information & research readily available on the internet that it’s hard to know where to start or what information to trust.

Having the correct support system in place to guide you as you have questions & make choices in respect to your diet is fundamental to your progress and to achieving the results you want. One thing I’ve come to learn is that diet is synonymous with lifestyle, so what works for one person is not necessarily going to work for another.
